Orange Turkey w/Asian Vegetables and Miracle Noodles @rachelsclevercreations
Serves 4 people
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoons ginger root, minced
2 teaspoons garlic minced
1/4 tsp hot red chili pepper, crushed
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
4 teaspoons coconut aminos
5 tablespoons coconut sugar
5 tablespoons white vinegar
zest of 1/2 orange
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot flour
Asian Vegetable Medely (I used Aldi frozen brand. They were so yummy! )
2 cups Rice or Miracle Noodles
Cook and crumble turkey until done. Meanwhile mix ginger, garlic, coconut amino, rice vinegar, coconut amino, coconut sugar, sesame oil, white vinegar, orange zest, water & cornstarch. Add into cooked and crumbled turkey. Bring to a boil and cook until thick. Add Asian Vegetable medely and return to light boil. Turn on low, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes to heat veggies through. Stir.
Serve over miracle noodles or rice.
You may omit the hot pepper flakes. We used Siracha to our own dishes.
