All of the taste-none of the guilt!
Shrimp Scampi for 1 via @rachelsclevercreations
10-12 medium uncooked shrimp
2 tsp. vegan butter + 1 tbls vegan butter
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbls. Lemon juice
½ tsp. Red Pepper flakes or to taste
Zero Noodles
Directions:
Sprinkle shrimp with paprika, garlic powder and salt. Sauté
shrimp in 2 tsp butter. Take shrimp out and set aside. Do not drain juices. Add
1 tbls butter then add garlic, stir to heat. Add Lemon juice and salt to taste.
Add spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted. Add in drained and rinsed zero noodles. Combine
well, and heat through. Add red pepper flakes and adjust seasonings to taste.
