90 Second Bread via: @rachelsclevercreations
1 egg white
3 tbls. Almond flour
1 tbls. coconut oil (or vegan butter)
1/2 tsp baking powder (OR mix 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
with 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar together and use 1/2 tsp.)
Combine ingredients and mix well. Microwave in a small
container for 90 seconds. Take out of container, cut in half and toast to get
crispy brown outsides...
*If you consider baking powder NOT Paleo, use the baking
soda/cream of tarter substitute in it's place.
Serves 1 Person
* I topped mine with an egg white, fried avacado and hot
sauce
Pizza!! I used my 90 second bread recipe and doubled it. I then cut it in half and toasted each side in a skillet then topped them with pizza toppings and popped them in the oven @415 degrees for about 12-15 minutes
* I used 2 different types of vegan mozzarella cheese. The one on the right is from Aldi and is super melty and kind of leaves a film on your teeth. The one on the left doesn't look melted but was certainly creamy when I took a bite. It was so good. I liked them both as I'm not super picky...but wanted to see the difference
